For the past eight years Dr. Decker has trained key corporate executives to become great leaders. He has coached key executives from companies such as McDonalds, Sovereign Bank, Penske, American National Power, and others. He continues to teach executives how to become more emotionally intelligent.
Becoming a heart patient galvanized his interest in the connection between mind and body. On the staff at Doylestown Hospital, he delivered lectures and developed workshops for heart patients and medical personnel. He is the author of a book, ?A Change of Heart? published by Nova Science Publishers in 1998. His Second book "Help my Lifestyle is Killing Me! The 12 Steps to a Healthy Life? will be published shortly.
Dr. Decker continues to counsel patients with health issues in his private practice.
