Dr. Lawrence Decker received a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Brigham Young University in 1970 and was a Post Doctoral Fellow at the Menninger Foundation. For the past 25 years he has been in the forefront of the movement to integrate mind and body. He helped establish and direct The Achievement and Guidance Centers of America (AGCA), a managed healthcare company which merged into American Biodyne before being sold to Medco-Merck.
In conjunction with U.S. Healthcare, now Aetna, Dr. Decker helped develop and pilot a unique program integrating traditional mental health services into primary physician offices. Later, as a consultant to U.S. Healthcare, He trained psychologists to interface directly with physicians in the specific treatment of heart disease and other chronic diseases.
For the past eight years Dr. Decker has trained key corporate executives to become great leaders. He has coached key executives from companies such as McDonalds, Sovereign Bank, Penske, American National Power, and others. He continues to teach executives how to become more emotionally intelligent.
